Experienced Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition

ESP is looking for their next experienced consultant to start asap. Ideally we are looking for someone with technology / sales / operations / mis / finance / VLE or edtech recruitment experience to join the team at ESP and take a leading role in expanding our existing client base in these areas. The desk is warm and would suit someone who can fulfil the 360 role, managing and enhancing existing relationships as well as expanding into new growth areas.

Primarily based from Woodford Green (Essex) offices, you will enjoy the support of a small friendly and well established team and be responsible for recruiting primarily permanent staff into related education focussed business and plc’s. Previous recruitment experience is essential although sector experience only advantageous.

This would be ideal for someone both looking to become a team leader/manager in time or someone who is happy to stay in a recruitment / senior recruitment consultant position.

Package includes flexible basic salary but ordinarily in the £25-30K region, 20% comms, healthcare, 20-25days hols, Christmas break off outside of hols, OTE bonus, override payments, regular team events, and potential for home working.

We are supporting a South London college with a week’s Finance Assistant cover.

You will be required to work on basic duties such as scanning, downloading and saving documents and will need to keep motivated to work to specific deadlines.

Organisational skills are a must as you will be required to match receipts up to statements and keep documents in order. Attention to detail and accuracy is key and you will need to have good computer skills to work your way around scanning, saving documents etc.


Temp to Perm

We are working on behalf of a North London based secondary school to provide an interim school Data Officer to support the Data Manager on a Temp to Perm basis.

Your duties will include processing assessment data, analysing student performance data, completing statutory returns, producing adhoc reports for staff as requested, ensuring staff and student records are up to date, managing student admission and leaver data, transferring data between schools and providers as requested and preparing class lists and updating student curriculum and producing school timetables.



My client – a leader in their field – are looking to hire an experienced ICT Field Technician who is confident in working at 2nd Line levels. The client is looking for a number of candidates to cover an area of London , that will be close to home.- working on either single sites or a cluster of schools around where you live.
