 Job Description

Working on behalf of a large North London based secondary school we are recruiting to a full-time temp to perm School Admissions Administrator position.

Working alongside the schools Data Manager you will be responsible for liaising and managing queries of prospective student’s parents, maintaining the schools waiting list and reviewing and updating it accordingly, management of in-year admissions, Co-ordinating preparations for the year 7 intake and support the school with general administrative duties as required.

This is a full-time temp to perm position paying £19,175 to £21,760 dependent on experience.

It is essential you hold previous experience of working in a school administrative position managing admissions – you must be available to start work at short notice.

Organisational skills are a must as you will be required to match receipts up to statements and keep documents in order. Attention to detail and accuracy is key and you will need to have good computer skills to work your way around scanning, saving documents etc.
