SIMS helpdesk/user support

SIMS helpdesk/user support contractor required to assist county council team deliver its support levels to a wide range of education clients. We will only consider candidates with strong user knowledge of the system, probably including assessment, attendance, behavioural, personnel, core, reporting, lesson monitor etc and ideally someone with recent helpdesk experience as this role will be to support schools on a helpdesk basis and provide support and information to the consultants/trainers.

Knowledge of SIMS is essential. Experience with other education software products like cc3, cc4, ranger, cmis, integris etc would be highly advantageous. Also CRB cleared

3-6 month contract period.  Pay dependent on experience
