Strategic Schools Business Manager – North West - £38-47K

Job Description
Experienced Business Manager (SBM) required for school with extended services and strong community links. Duties include the design and strategic management of a dynamic business and marketing plan, formulating policy and strategic decision making for all functions within the role and the vision to transform the organisational and operational functions of the school. Commercial flair to seek, attract and secure external funding to support the School Strategic Improvement Plan. Essential experience with rigorous finance controls, to direct and lead the support and finance team to ensure that operational and business targets are met and monitoring of budgets to facilitate school improvement planning and development. You will be involved in and take the lead in strategic review of workforce planning, advising on implications of proposals. You will need previous schools management experience, at a strategic level, and may have completed the AAT, DSBM, ADSBM, CSBM, CIMA, CIPFA qualifications and had experience with SIMS, FMS, FMSiS etc in order to apply £38-47K
