1st/2nd Line Software Support Helpdesk – Ilford (Essex) - £25-30K
Established software company with niche education products requires candidates to support their clients with a high level of customer service in a friendly and supportive environment. Candidates will need to have a passion for ICT/IT and excellent communication skills as a base,  salary grading will depend on your knowledge of core Windows applications, helpdesk knowledge, education ICT networking experience, general networking principles (routers, switches, 2003 server, xp, IIS, proxy, wireless, fibre etc) and ideally knowledge of products like SIMS, Integris G2, Phoenix E1, CMIS, Kaleidos VLE, atomwide, uniservity, MLE etc. You will have an understanding of how IT systems work and how improvements in technology can improve people’s lives, especially in the education sector. Start asap, candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced criminal records check
