SME Software Company with market leading track record and high profile partners requires a hands on team leader/service desk manager to assist in the growth of a small and diverse team of software support specialists. Based with easy access to the central line, M11, north circular and M25, the ideal candidate will be able to manage the support team and process’, develop new procedures and promote within the company (iso, itil etc) and manage increasing capacity requirements (recruitment, appraisals etc). You will have a software support background with experience of managing small teams whilst still being hands on with issue resolution and escalation. You will have experience with the windows software development environment including c#, .net, sql server, sql, networking, cloud based services and cutting edge mobile and handheld applications and devises (smart phones, iphones etc)
