Customer Service manager required for large PLC supplying Management Information Solutions for Schools and Local Authorities. You will be responsible for service meetings with customers, advising schools to maximise utilization of the MIS software, sharing of customer knowledge in business areas and maximising sales opportunities. To do this you will be required to deliver presentations/updates, travel to individual schools, produce a monthly report, keep records of contact with customers and maintain knowledge and understanding of products and services. You will need knowledge of schoolsâ€™ MIS systems like SIMS, CMIS, Integris etcâ€¦ good communication and presenting skills and experience in the education market. This opportunity is paying between Â£28-Â£35k plus a car.
