Job Description Operations Manager required for ambitious ICT, MIS and Finance services organisation supplying the UK Education sector. A critical and newly created role, the ideal candidate will be required to manage all aspects of service delivery including Personnel, Client Relationships and System Operations for the board. Being able to explore and develop new business opportunities, manage the delivery of services to existing customers whilst having an overall view of all service operations and opportunities is essential. Managing team leaders and an overall head count of around 50 staff, you will need to have had that level of operation support previously within either an educational, ICT or finance commercial company. Ability to manage budgets, produce reports, manage company meetings, improve service and staff performance, quality control, staff appraisals, client management and workload is crucial. Role is to be based primarily from Milton Keynes office although extensive travel to clients across London and the South East is required.
