We knew we had to join and support The British Education Suppliers Association (BESA) as soon as we started ESP. They organise exhibitions, undertake extensive research, provide specialist training and guidance, work with the UKTi on international exhibitions and trade missions and provide a huge amount of other benefits to support British education suppliers.
All BESA members sign-up to a code of practice, reassuring you that we are committed to the education sector and providing a high level of quality and service whilst delivering good value.
The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has been the professional body for UK recruitment businesses since 1930. The REC works tirelessly to support members in helping businesses find the people they need, while improving the standards and reputation of the industry.
Partnering with REC ensures we offer you the highest level of recruitment standards and practice.
Established to fill the void left by the Department for Education, the Exams Office assists new and experienced exams officers with their many and varied tasks. For a small fee, your school can access their support materials, monthly and termly information and training and development. We highly recommend membership for exams or data managers, senior leaders or aspiring education data and exams specialists.
This partnership sits nicely with our specialism in education exams and data recruitment, and we look forward to working with them more closely in the future.
The School Business Management Partnership (SBMP) is an established partnership between Serco Education, Adfecto and the National Association for School Business Management (NASBM). They have been the leading provider of national SBM programmes, on behalf of the National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL), since each programme began and are introducing a school business leader programme in March 2017. If you are a business manager or aspiring to be so, SBMP offers the full range of courses from Level 3 foundation to Level 6 diploma.
Our relationship enables us to offer highly qualified business management consultants to our schools.
RTA is committed to providing relevant, practical and professional high quality training to school support staff and teachers. They deliver training across a broad range of areas including administration (various), finance, governance, pastoral and premises. They also compliment another partner of ours, the Exams Office by providing practical training delivered by experienced exams officers who are in the job themselves.
RTA can provide in-school sessions if you have a group of delegates to train. More recently, the opportunity has been created for schools to work with RTA. You can be a host venue, work with neighbouring schools and get training for free.
