1st / 2nd line IT Technician – Middlesex * URGENT *

Salary: £24,500 – £25,950 (plus excellent benefits)
35 hours per week (08:00 – 16:00 with 1 hour for lunch and 15 min break mid-morning)

Our client, a coeducational secondary school and 6th form have an urgent requirement for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Technician to join their existing IT team, which operate all IT systems in-house as provide first hand experience with enterprise solutions on networking, operating systems, a wide variety of software and hardware equipment.

As the IT Technician, your main duties will include:

  • Hardware maintenance and repairs for PCs, laptops, projectors, printers and IWBs
  • Installing new hardware and software / Imaging computers
  • Troubleshooting faults
  • Managing helpdesk tickets & prioritising tasks
  • Managing stock and inventory i.e. toners & IT peripherals
  • User management i.e. password resets

To be considered for this position, you will have experience or certifications in the following:

  • ITIL foundation
  • Computer Science degree
  • CompTIA A+
  • Microfocus (Novell) ZenWorks
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Operating system

Temp to Perm

Working on behalf of a London based secondary school we are recruiting to an excellent temp to perm Finance Manager post.

This is a full time all year round position – your duties will involve working alongside the Finance and Operations Director assisting with all school finance administration using FMS and Excel, day to day accounts, providing required financial information to the SLT and Finance and Ops Director, developing and managing the school’s annual budget setting process, analysing and reconciling financial information for decision making/budget purposes.



My client a highly respected school within the private sector is currently in search of a Data Officer/Assistant to support a number of the current daily school tasks including ; co-ordinating of the school census – GDPR – publishing reports using SIMS – importing and exporting data -updating SIMS from data collection – producing Admission and Attendance register’s – supporting the Assistant Head in timetabling and ad hoc events, resolving and Information systems issues with the site’s IT Team etc.

This is a role for an outgoing person who is dedicated organised and flexible who ideally has experienced similar success within another role. You will need to be proficient in SIMS or have knowledge/ excellent skills in :- Progresso- Arbor – SISRA – Bromcom -iSAMs

This is a full time , Term Time role paying up to £27000 (FTE).
