Efficient administrator required for temp role with immediate start which may become permanent long term

Working from home initially you will administrate the process of placing Interns for a central london university team based in the City of London

1-2 months to begin with you will be:

Arranging interviews for students with employers. Emailing to students and employers. Phoning students and employers. Entering intern details on template contracts. Updating the sharepoint system with students final term choices and details of internships. Chasing students and employers for signatures for contracts

Any previous experience with Internships, outbound calls, sharepoint, university sector or Talent/HR teams would be highly advantageous.

This role is WFH initially but candidates will be expected to attend the office eventually which is based near Liverpool Street station

You can be mostly home based, WFH, work from home, so you could be based anywhere in the UK, although there is a West London office (Notting Hill area), if you wish to work from their offices. Travel to client sites is largely not required as most demonstrations are done virtually.
