3 month contract initially

Our client an independent boarding college situated in the heart of London with a fantastic track record of supporting students to achieve their results are now looking for a SIMS / MIS Data Manager to oversee and develop their IT systems and the integration of data whilst ensuring the data is up-to-date and accurate.

As the MIS Data Manager, you will also assist staff to use the various SIMS modules in the most efficient manner and manage other school systems including Schoolcoms, eReg, inepro, EntrySign and VisiOnline.

Please note: This is an initial a 3 month ‘rolling’ contract, which could go permanent for the right candidate in 2020.



Working with an East London based secondary school we are recruiting to a full time HR Manager contract to start in September 2019.

Your role will be to provide strategic vision and leadership on all aspects of human resources functions, advise SLT team on school policy, people management and strategy, provide support, coaching and training to all school managers in relation to people management.

You will provide effective efficient management of all HR functions – employee relations, HR policies/procedures, change and performance management, staff terms and conditions, recruitment and selection and supporting attendance management.

You will manage a HR Officer who will support you in post and provide to them personal development and management support, maintain accurate personnel records in line with statutory and audit requirements and submission of statutory workforce census data.

You will be required to track and monitor staff absence, drive good absence management control in line with school policy. You will be responsible for ensuring the school meets its statutory employment, equality, health and safety obligations, provide strategic advice to the Headteacher and SLT team for the management of staff in school and lead on recruitment working with the Head.
