Education Support Professionals are looking for a Business Development Consultant for a multi award winning Edtech organization.

The Company:

The company has been developing creative educational software for nearly 2 decades internationally and continues to grow year on year with excellent success in recent years.

The software is designed closely with schools to enable children to learn and be creative whilst using the tools they will be working with once they leave school.

They are looking for an experienced and professional person to help achieve their ambitious growth plans. Experience could be as a classroom teacher, SLT or somebody with experience of selling SaaS products to the education sector.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To sell a range of products & services to the UK educational sector, specifically, Individual & School groups.
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contacts to achieve agreed business aims & targets.
  • Manage personal time and productivity.
  • Plan and manage defined territory (West Midlands).
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills



  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on delivering high quality services.
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior executives. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person’s point of view.
  • Well-presented and business-like. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel within the West Midlands geographic area

Personal Situation: 

  • Must be mature and domestically secure. Able to spend one or two nights away per month without upsetting domestic situation.
  • Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
  • Must have clean or near clean driving licence.

Specific Job Skills: 

  • Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Understands the principles of sales including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling.

Literacy and Numeracy: 

  • Able to understand basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations,
  • Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.

Business and Selling Skills: 

  • Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
  • Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts.
  • Ideal background would be in teachers or SLT members with experience of with selling products and services to Schools & School Group.

Our client, a specialist ICT managed service provider, are currently looking for an experienced ICT Engineer to join their existing team. 
Reporting to the Head of Support, you will be tasked with visiting client sites / schools to install a range of equipment and systems.

The postholder will be responsible for the installation of VoIP, CCTV and WiFi systems, installation of new and extending data cabling infrastructures, installation of AV equipment, providing occasional assistance on the service desk, as well as conducting site surveys.



Working on behalf of a central London based school we are recruiting to a Site Manager vacancy.

You will be required to provide a comprehensive site management service to ensure the school is safe and secure for pupils, staff and parents, ensure the premises are cleaned to the approved specification, manage school security and day to day maintenance and liaise and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors and hirers of the school and deal with problems as they arise.
