Channel / Partnership Manager – Anywhere – £35-40K basic + comms (up to £40K comms year 2)

ESP are currently recruiting on behalf of Applicaa, a high-growth ed-tech business with an exciting proposition

Their two flagship products Admissions+ and Bursary+ automate admissions and bursary process driving digital efficiencies and improving the experiences of pupils and parents coming to their schools.

Used by over 800+ schools, there is huge potential and working with Commercial Partners in the Edtech, Saas and Managed Service areas is key to this growth.

We are looking for an ambitious, talented, relationship driven partnership manager to help them grow the business. As part of their small, energetic and highly focused team, you’ll be a key part of the Sales function.

You will be mostly home based, so you could be based anywhere in the UK. Travel to partner sites anywhere in the country will be required on occasion as well as various marketing and exhibition events.

You will work with existing and identify prospective partners, developing campaigns, working with owners in a consultative manner to perfect reseller agreements and providing reporting to the board

You will be the single point of contact for assigned channel partners and will manage all aspects of the company’s on-going relationships with their partners including, onboarding, ongoing engagement and contract renewal to maximise growth. You will be responsible for driving revenue via strategic account management to meet quota expectations with partners. You will also work closely with the Sales team to build on sales intelligence, guide product and advise the board on oncoming market changes etc

And for this you will receive a competitive package of £35-40K basic and an expected £10-20K OTE earning year 1 and £20-40K OTE year 2

Essential to apply are:

– Ideally experience in channel or account management in a similar B2B role

It would be highly advantageous to have:

– Specific Edtech market experience, ideally MIS or other Saas
