Do you have experience working in Data Admin in a school?

Well my outstanding ofsted rated primary school is looking to recruit an education experienced data administrator

You will be required to have previous schools experience; strong knowledge of Microsoft excel and ideally have a good knowledge of sims or other Educational MIS.

Duties will include

Reporting to the Governing Body and the Leadership Team on all aspects of pupil data analysis.

Research and investigate data systems and reporting tools

Lead and proactively promote, collaborate and drive the use of data across the school.

Work closely with middle and senior leaders

Provide a solution based proactive approach to problem solving

Liaise with external and statutory bodies to ensure the school can meet its reporting obligations within required timescales

Provide general office support and to cover absence as required.

Ensuring full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the freedom of information act

Design, create, develop and maintain a range of documents, information leaflets, information packs and letters.

Maintain and update the school website

To assist with marketing, including supporting the producing of the school newsletter

My client is flexible for hours of work and do have the local government pension scheme and the train station is very close to the school.

You will be working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Our client, a leading managed IT service provider in the education sector have an urgent requirement for an experienced Network Manager to provide the core management function of the managed service within one of the client schools in Godalming, Surrey.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Enterprise level network infrastructure or a service desk within the education sector coupled with experience with Virtualisation (VMWARE or Hyper-V preferred) and Cloud Services.



We have a very high-achieving, independent school set in beautiful grounds in the east of the London Borough of Richmond who are looking for someone to assist with all Purchase Ledger process’, Sales Ledger, assisting with payroll and other finance admin duties.
Knowledge of the education sector is advantageous, but Sage is essential (ideally sage 200)

Salary: 25-27k + 34 days leave (to be taken outside of term time)
