Database Administrator – South West London Up to £40,000 Pro Rata, 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Our client, a prestigious Independent School in South West London, are currently looking for an experience Database Administrator to join their existing team. Reporting to the Director of IT, you will be responsible for the administration and support of ther schools database systems and software, including the MIS and 3rd party data services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Database administration including managing the school database architecture upgrades, security and patching, supporting the use of in-house MIS systems and applications, providing training to staff in the use of software where required, as well as keeping up to date with new technologies and developments related to school database software.

Occasional evenings & weekends may need to be worked to cover events and functions which will be agreed in advance of each event whether this will be covered by taking time off in lieu or via paid overtime.


  • Previously worked in a similar position within the Education Sector
  • Experience using/supporting MIS systems
  • Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office, Windows 10

  • PHP – OO code, not framework
  • VBS/VB6
  • Webservers (IIS)
  • Experience of data integration between separate products

Part time and TTO Finance Officer required for a small North Kensington primary school. This long running temp role will require 10hrs on average of finance officer cover on a term time basis performed ideally over 2 or potentially 3 days.

You will be working in a lovely team in a small office and with local authority and SLT support will be required to process orders and cheques, process journals and payroll, produce reports, submit VAT returns, reconcile bank accounts, issue invoices, manage FMS year end closures, budget reporting, cash flow

Previous experience in a school OR LA setting would be essential, experience of FMS, helpful..



Secondary school with exams and timetabler in post requires a Mat cover data person to manage business as usual in all areas of pupil data, assessment, attendance, admissions, reporting etc

This could be a part time or tto role for the right person although is a full-time role ideally and potentially up to 1 year initially

Part time Administrator required to join a busy ICT team in a stunning Independent school in Surrey . My client is seeking a confident and capable administrator to join their close knit team who has the wherewithal to ensure an efficient operation of the IT Department

The hours are Monday -Friday 10-2pm – 5 days a week.

The candidate will need some strong base of admin experience being able to multitask – arrange meetings -have a good understanding of databases  – Organising and booking meeting rooms -Proofreading documents – Have excellent time management skills as well as having a sharp eye for details.

Education sector would be a plus – however we are very happy to hear from people from all private and public business sectors
