Education Support Professionals are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing professional for a highly respected education resource organization.

The primary functions of the role will be centered around Email Marketing, Content Creation and Social Media Support.

Key Objectives:

  • Developing strong value propositions to our products and services
  • Lead generation
  • Increasing engagement with customers
  • Increasing wider market engagement

Primary Job Functionality:

  • Email Marketing
  • Strategic content planning and execution
  • Social Media support
  • Sales Enablement

Email Marketing:

  • Use of marketing automation platforms
  • Campaign creation and an understanding of end-to-end campaigns
  • Content creation (inc: imagery, copy etc)
  • Creation of emails templates and content
  • Creation of journeys and automation
  • Analysis of campaigns
  • Audience segmentation

Content Creation:

  • Drive strategic content programs that drive leads for sales
  • Supporting the sales teams with copy writing & collation (blog pieces, thought leadership etc)
  • Coordinate with PD team to develop content and reach the relevant education market
  • Simple design (image editing etc)
  • Complex design is desirable but not a necessity (ie: Brochure, Leaflet)

Social Media:

  • Creation of social media posting
  • Scheduling of posts across all channels
  • Constant strive for innovative social content.

Other responsibilities:

  • Event management
  • Simple design (image editing etc)
  • Complex design (leaflets, brochures etc)
  • Google analytics
  • Paid advertising (display, ppc)
  • Website maintenance (WordPress)
  • SEO

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written English language skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven success with layered email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working within or marketing to the education sector.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with usage of Marketing Cloud
