This is not just a generic 1st line technical support role but supporting niche and valuable products based on great technologies. Some experience of edtech networks, and possibly SQL would be highly advantageous. (as well as dns, dhcp, tcip/ip, server, desktop, software) So if you are a technical officer in a school or college, this would be a perfect transition into corporate!

You will have good communication skills and customer focussed as the work will be helpdesk analyst based, onboarding new customers, providing support, data integrity, possibly training, pre and post sales support, CRM use, database experienced (IE sims, bromcom, isams, arbor etc), problem solving, continuous learning

We have a very high-achieving, independent school set in beautiful grounds in the east of the London Borough of Richmond who are looking for someone to assist with all Purchase Ledger process’, Sales Ledger, assisting with payroll and other finance admin duties.
Knowledge of the education sector is advantageous, but Sage is essential (ideally sage 200)

Salary: 25-27k + 34 days leave (to be taken outside of term time)

You’ll experience and add to a highly professional delivery of SIMS and data systems services across the MAT, be challenged to develop HR data systems and be supported by some of the best in the business!

You’ll need to know SIMS well, have proven analytical skills and have strong knowledge of educational data requirements. You will not need any specific knowledge of Hr systems, or have a HR background, although knowledge of PS People or similar would be highly advantageous. You also may not have held the role of Data Manager before but are aspiring or have been at assistant level.

You will have quite a good level of influence in systems used, you’ll be doing a whole range of tasks including setting up metrics, reporting and ensure that information is entered correctly across the board. In sims you will be responsible for tasks like schools census and end of year process’ as well as assisting with pupil data tasks. Your Excel game will be strong!



Our client, a prestigious organisation, are currently looking for an experienced technical specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract to bring your technical expertise to a number of schools across a broad range of technologies. You will act as the senior technical support for a select group of schools, liaising with other members of the technical team to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
