Job Description

We are urgently recruiting to an Exams Manager contract to start ASAP for a large Crawley based school to start ASAP.

Working full time all year-round using SIMS you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of examinations management, administration for all internal and external examinations, entering students for external exams, providing information on exams in an appropriate format for students, parents and staff managing timetable clashes.

Other duties include collating entries and estimated grades for external examinations, communicating necessary information to examination boards, managing the administrative requirements of coursework and liaising with necessary school staff in relation to exam entries.

You will also manage costs relating to exams (exam fees, registrations etc.), recruiting, training and managing a team of invigilators, manage the receipt of exam results and the distribution of results and certificates checking accuracy and grades issued.

This is a full time all year-round contract to start ASAP – salary is negotiable dependent on experience

It is essential you hold experience of working in a school exams position ideally using SIMS and can start ASAP on an ongoing basis.

The position will be a temp to perm role (or just temp if that’s your preferred option) and will require some travel to other trust schools in the area on occasion

Working on behalf of an East London based academy we are urgently recruiting to a full time Receptionist contract.

You must be able to start ASAP – your duties will include acting as a first point of contact for students, academy staff and visitors both face to face, via email and on the telephone. You will manage calls via the phone system either transferring calls, dealing with general enquiries, taking messages, ensuring calls are directed accurately.

Other duties include general administration – sorting incoming post, arranging outgoing post, filing, photocopying and managing visitor access and sign in.
