 Job Description

On behalf of a South London college that has good connections for Central, North and East London we are recruiting to a permanent Executive Administrative Officer position supporting the Director of External Relations.

This is a varied position that requires you to work independently and as a part of the colleges Executive Management Team – your duties will include administrative support to the Director through diary and inbox management, arranging overseas travel, minuting meetings, managing deadlines and drafting reports and correspondence.

Other duties include liaising with individual Directors on key levels and senior figures within related industries.

This is a permanent position paying £30,714.

Job Requirements

It is essential you hold experience of working within a PA or secretarial background within the education sector – you must have strong diary management skills, word processing with good accuracy/attention to detail and experience of preparing correspondence and reports.

Our client, a large co-educational school in South West London / Croydon have an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Assistant / Officer to work on recruitment and possibly some Employee Relations work.

This is an initial 2 month interim contract, as the school plan to advertise for the permanent position. The contract could therefore be extended or become permanent for the right candidate.



We are recruiting to a full-time term time School Library Assistant to support one of secondary schools in the Essex/East London area.

Your duties will include supporting students and staff with finding resources, borrowing and returning items, managing the libraries systems and shelving books.



Our client, a growing independent school with a truly community feel in South West London, is looking for an experienced HR professional to take the Manager role. The postholder will take responsibility for the operational needs of the personnel department, ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented efficiently, providing quality advice and support on a range of HR issues.

You will be responsible for effectively managing the Human Resources department including the HR Assistant who you will work with very closely. Providing an effective function for recruitment processes, assisting the head and SLT in regards to staff performance management and development, liaising with Payroll to ensure required information/documentation is delivered in good time, as well as general HR administration.

This key post will require someone to get involved at all levels within the department. A Do-er, who is able to work on a whole range of tasks, as well as all employees within the school.
