Finance admin apprentice – Fulham – £18-21K (still live pending lockdown being lifted)

Well my client, an outstanding achieving school, are looking for a Finance admin Apprentice to assist with their daily tasks.

You will be given training in AAT and possibly CIMA afterwards as well as the local government pension, opportunity for progression and working for one of the best schools in the UK.

52 weeks per annum

Start date ASAP

Duties include –

· Processing Purchase orders

· Working with Budget holders

· Assisting with preparation of paperwork for the BACS run and BACS run

· Typing, filing, scanning, photocopying, emailing, report checking, coding etc.

· Dealing with parental queries

· Assisting with premises, HR work, IT or administrative nature

· Managing ParentPay

You will have had some basic schools finance admin experience.

We have a very high-achieving, independent school set in beautiful grounds in the east of the London Borough of Richmond who are looking for someone to assist with all Purchase Ledger process’, Sales Ledger, assisting with payroll and other finance admin duties.
Knowledge of the education sector is advantageous, but Sage is essential (ideally sage 200)

Salary: 25-27k + 34 days leave (to be taken outside of term time)



The company has been developing creative educational software for nearly 2 decades internationally and continues to grow year on year with excellent success in recent years.

The software is designed closely with schools to enable children to learn and be creative whilst using the tools they will be working with once they leave school.

They are looking for an experienced and professional person to help achieve their ambitious growth plans. Experience could be as a classroom teacher, SLT or somebody with experience of selling SaaS products to the education sector.
