Job Requirements

We are supporting a South West London based primary school recruit to a part time Finance Manager post to start ASAP.

Working three days a week using FMS you will be responsible for producing financial reports showing variances against budgets and providing commentary, monitoring budgets, invoices and journals, carrying out month end, payroll journals, procurement and arranging payments to suppliers and handling cash and preparing banking.

Other duties include coding and batching invoices for payment, manage payments and cash flow, managing dinner money, cash banking and bank reconciliations, petty cash reimbursements, updating fixed assets, producing VAT reports for VAT returns and assisting auditors with end of year statutory accounts.

 The Package

This is a part time position working three days a week term time only – salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

Job Requirements

It is essential you have experience of working within a school-based finance role using FMS, you must be available to start ASAP on an ongoing basis. There may be the opportunity to apply for the role on a permanent basis for the right candidate.

As the ICT Support Technician, you will lead and manage all day-to-day support activities across the 4 schools, as agreed by the IT Network Manager or Service Delivery Manager. 
You will also be required to liaise with the School staff and ICT Service Desk to identify, prioritise and resolve all ICT support and service requests.
