HR Assistant – Around 25K negotiable – Wanstead area / Essex / East London

Multi Academy Trust office Requires a permanent HR Assistant urgently.

This position will suite someone who enjoys the recruitment of staff for a large organization (Around 400 staff).

You will have a crucial role in managing the recruitment lifecycle including advertising, bench marking and working with hiring managers.

As well as short listing, arranging interviews, preparation of panel application packs and basic administration work.

You will also be involved in a range of HR admin tasks including answering staff queries, Managing DBS checks and Single central register,
producing contractual documentation etc.

You must have HR administrator systems experience, Ideally using SIMS, PS People, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.

Candidates with CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.

Our client, a leading managed IT service provider in the Education sector have an urgent requirement for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to assist the Network Manager in supporting the IT within an Independent school based in West Sussex.

The successful candidate will be working within a team of dedicated professionals responding to helpdesk tickets via email, phone or face-to-face and will provide strong 2nd line support for all staff and students.



The company has been established for nearly two decades providing market leading online payment and income management systems for schools, local authorities and caterers.

The company is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the sales team as a Business Development Manager. Predominately a field-based role, you will be working closely with the internal Business Development Manager to target and generate new business sales.



You shall be responsible for selling the company’s suite of digital learning solutions into schools within a designated territory, which also includes a mix of existing school customers as well as first time new business prospects.

You will be required to sell and demonstrate products over the phone and Internet as well as through face to face meetings at schools. Possessing excellent communication and presentation skills are required, as is a self-motivated and driven attitude. A knowledge of the education technology market for schools would be an advantage but not essential. Consultative sales skills are required as well as relevant work experience in sales.
