We are looking for an experienced school Receptionist/Administrator to join our clients school in September for a years maternity contract.

This is a part time term time only position working from 8:45am to 12:45pm each day  – your duties will include reception duties, managing face to face enquiries, signing in visitors and adhering to safeguarding procedures.

You will be required to sort and distribute mail, undertake typing, word processing and data entry, manage pupil records on SIMS, analyse and evaluate data and information and produce reports, information and data as required.

This position will suite someone who enjoys the recruitment of staff for a large organization (Around 400 staff).

You will have a crucial role in managing the recruitment lifecycle including advertising, bench marking and working with hiring managers.

As well as short listing, arranging interviews, preparation of panel application packs and basic administration work.

You will also be involved in a range of HR admin tasks including answering staff queries, Managing DBS checks and Single central register,
producing contractual documentation etc.

You must have HR administrator systems experience, Ideally using SIMS, PS People, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.

Candidates with CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.
