ICT Technician – Great Yarmouth – £18K pro rata

Secondary Academy to the North of Great Yarmouth requires a technician to join them on a temp to permanent basis, asap

Ideally you will have some experience with 1st line IT support, have excellent customer services skills and either education experience or at least a DBS on the update service.

You’ll be joining a small team supporting a variety of users in classrooms and other areas of the school. experience with hardware and software, ideally windows AD, whiteboards and smartboards, projectors, o365/gsuite etc

More importantly is a desire to learn and grow in experience and going the extra mile to suport education in this challenging time

Our client, a leading Education ICT solutions provider require a Senior Technical Engineer to facilitate client visits to support the ongoing running of their school’s network.

This is a field-based role and as the Senior Technical Engineer you will take ownership for a group of sites including being the escalation point for all technical issues within the client, before issues hit the Helpdesk.

Large education charity in West London are requires a Bromcom experienced Data Manager, MIS Manager or Data Officer to join their support team, supporting academies across the London region and beyond

I am afraid you must have good understanding of the Bromcom MIS software to apply

You will be working remotely across numerous schools to develop and manage all aspects of schools Data management, ensuring data staff are supported, data is valid and integrated, audits etc etc

Flexibility to work from home may also be an option although some days training in London would be essential

In addition to Bromcom, you may also have knowledge of other schools mis like sims and arbor, have excellent excel and possibly even SQL or Tableau
