Part time and TTO Finance Officer required for a small North Kensington primary school. This long running temp role will require 10hrs on average of finance officer cover on a term time basis performed ideally over 2 or potentially 3 days.

You will be working in a lovely team in a small office and with local authority and SLT support will be required to process orders and cheques, process journals and payroll, produce reports, submit VAT returns, reconcile bank accounts, issue invoices, manage FMS year end closures, budget reporting, cash flow

Previous experience in a school OR LA setting would be essential, experience of FMS, helpful..

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be a part of a small team responsible for the management of customer relationships, focussed specifically on UK schools and Academies

The successful candidate will be working with their own portfolio of customer accounts ensuring all schools receive best value from their investment in SIMS whilst aiming to improve customer outcomes, managing the post-sale customer relationship as well as acting as a trusted advisor to promote retention and brand loyalty.

This position will be home based with an element of travel throughout the UK when it is safe to do so. Applicants will require a full, clean driving license to apply



Part time Administrator required to join a busy ICT team in a stunning Independent school in Surrey . My client is seeking a confident and capable administrator to join their close knit team who has the wherewithal to ensure an efficient operation of the IT Department

The hours are Monday -Friday 10-2pm – 5 days a week.

The candidate will need some strong base of admin experience being able to multitask – arrange meetings -have a good understanding of databases  – Organising and booking meeting rooms -Proofreading documents – Have excellent time management skills as well as having a sharp eye for details.
