Internal Sales Executive – Software Sales – Up to £22,000 + Commission

Education Support Professionals are looking for a tenacious and target driven individual to join an international company providing cloud-based software solutions to schools in the UK.

Your position will play a key role in the company’s recent success in sustaining growth and revenue into the business. You will be supporting territory managers in helping them deliver against their sales targets.

You will be proactively calling schools via targeted action or by marketing campaigns run in a specific area/territory. The aim of your work is to generate new business opportunities, qualifying leads that can be followed up by territory managers to achieve revenue and KPI’s.

Pivotal to your role is collating all information from your calls and providing this information to your team in order to shape future marketing and business campaigns. Some account management may be required with current clients in understanding any potential upselling requirements or needs they may have.

The role would suit any individual looking to grow and develop. Somebody driven by targets and using all resources to achieve those targets. The company offers excellent support and training in house to develop their staff with good opportunities to increase responsibilities and gain internal promotion(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a rewarding pipeline of new clients using outbound resources such as Linked In, email, phone & social media
  • Research of new potential clients in order to shape your pitch and understanding of them
  • Set meetings with sales teams for product demonstrations
  • Work closely with marketing teams to shape and initiate campaigns to prospects and current clients
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience to all prospects and clients
  • Achieve targets and KPI’s
  • Feedback any product or support issues to the team
  • Update CRM database where required

ESP is recruiting for a sims accredited team in the North East. It is principally a service desk role, so logging and responding to calls from schools on a variety of data issues from technical to user training, as well as giving the opportunity to specialise in certain areas and/or training.


Full time permanent contract

Experienced school finance officer required for a full time role (all year round) in a high achieving secondary with 6th form.

SIMS FMS and excellent knowledge of Excel are essential in this role, so experience of these systems is required.

You’ll be working with senior finance staff across the whole gambit of schools finance from managing their parents payment system, managing banking and accounts, producing vat returns, reconciliation, monitoring costs centres, reports and assisting with end of year procedures etc

You’ll have the chance to grow within the organisation so this would suit someone with the capability and desire to progress their career, all the time giving support to senior finance staff and having an eagle eye on all areas of schools finances



The Support Agent role will see you supporting business critical functions relating to the movement of educational data from schools to the company’s applications via their tools and software. In addition, you will be sharing responsibility with your team for maintaining platform connections, training, as well as pre and post implementation or onboarding of products.

You will do this with a good knowledge of educational organisations, how they record, store and use data as well as having a clear understanding of GDPR compliance. You will be committed to providing an excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey, and influence and encourage others around you to uphold the same values.
