Education Support Professionals are currently looking for an ambitious and target driven New Business Development Executive, with a strong record, to join a successful and rapidly growing organization.

The Company:

An ed-tech company approaching their fifth year, currently in their growth stage, providing outstanding support for teachers and parents, as well as creating ed-tech that has a transformative effect of student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

This is an opportunity where the candidate will work autonomously without being micromanaged, with a responsibility to increase growth through new business development as well as converting inbound opportunities to sales.

• New business development within the North of England
• Hitting personal sales targets and meeting KPI’s
• Establishing links/relationships with key contacts within schools
• Booking and attending meetings with customers
• Arranging and delivering demonstrations
• Managing opportunities via company CRM
• Building rapport with customers and actively promoting the company brand

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a business development/sales role, preferably within the Education Sector
• Full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle
• Ability and willingness to cover the territory of the role and international meetings
• Ability to work from home effectively and effectively nurture customers at all stages of the sales process
• BA, BSc or equivalent (preferable)
