We are looking for an experienced manager, with knowledge of managing large operational events and functions, ideally in a HE setting (enrolment, graduation, building access, security etc). Someone who can quickly assimilate to lead a small existing operations team, set goals and manage performance, working for the COO, planning, working collaboratively and pro-actively to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees and learners alike. You’ll be experienced in Risk Assessments and Method Statements

Did I mention the C word? Assisting with project managing the opening Covid-19 safe will be one of the first crucial duties

This role will initially involve some work from home but ultimately, and we hope increasingly over time, on site in 2 campus’ in the City of London as students start (mid sept).

Working with various teams like estates, health and safety, marketing, academic and registry, this role will suit someone who can motivate, communicate and influence, building successful relationships.

As well as the salary you will have 28 days leave + bank, a contributory pension, private medical and season ticket loan
