We are looking for a new resourcing apprentice

What I can offer:

1-2-1 resourcing training with me (and over time other members of the team) to get you up to speed asap with the most crucial part of recruitment – Opportunity to train into a 360 recruitment consultant over time

– An apprentice wage which will grow over the course, as well as bonus’ for successfully placed candidates (could be £3-4K per annum)

Our client, a large independent day and boarding school in Hertfordshire, are looking for a Data Manager to provide technical support and advice to teaching and support staff on the management and development of the School’s MIS (iSAMS).

As the Data Manager, you will work closely with academic and support staff, plus the IT team, to ensure -information requests are dealt with as efficiently as possible.

A key aspect to this role is to champion the use of iSAMS within the school’s population, and provide training and guidance to staff (both on a one-to-one or group basis) on the use of the system.
In addition, the ability to analyse the current use of the MIS and suggest ways in which processes can be improved is highly desirable.
