Due to the continued growth of this successful independent school- we are looking for a  senior Administrator for this school in the Oxford area.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be managing the school office which includes the reception – general administration as well as providing secretarial and administrative services to the teaching staff- senior management etc.

MAIN DUTIES

This is a role which you can call your own – This is (thankfully) not a corporate/faceless organisation – The school want to hear your opinions and let you grow into the role – The duties will be varied and no day will be the same,  from full administration support to liaising with parents and teachers alike – You will responsible for ensuring that the budgets are managed and making sure that you get the best price from 3rd parties. This is a role for someone who can multi-task and come up with solutions !

We are looking for candidates with the following attributions:-

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Understand office processes
  • First rate ICT skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Able to ‘juggle’ a range of tasks and priorities

Ideally you might have worked in the education sector before – though we are also very keen to hear from candidates who have worked in the commercial world – who, in turn, can bring their own ideas to this school.
