Senior Office Administrator– 28k-32k pro rata (Term time plus 15 days)

My client a beautiful independent school which has experienced fantastic growth and strong results over the last period, is looking for someone experienced in office administration, in a school, to support the delivery of secondary education.

You will be joining a small but talented team working to provide an excellent education service to the school. There will be opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a friendly and supportive environment

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, well managed and organized. Ideally with strong MS office and SIMS

Your main duties will include:

To be the primary point of contact in the Senior Office for all staff and parents etc, ensure any necessary follow on action is taken and messages relayed in a timely manner. To greet and welcome any visitors to the Senior School, manage post and mailings, reprographics support, archiving, clerical assistance, take minutes at meetings, manage stationery etc

In addition to this you will have experience OR be willing to be trained into the senior schools GDPR administrator, assisting in all aspects of the safe management of personal data and supporting the school’s privacy officer.

Ideally you will have worked with SAGE PS Financials or another accountancy package – This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a like minded vision.
