Software Sales Executive EMEA – Central London – up to £35k + (£10k – £15k OTE)

Education Support Professionals are looking for an energetic, tenacious, up and coming sales professional.

The Company:

Founded in 2006, the company provides digital learning and curriculum solutions, as well as messaging and online application tools to schools across the UK and Internationally.

The company are looking for a tenacious, bright individual with some prior sales experience in Edtech or SaaS. You will have responsibility for outbound sales outreach for new sales in the EMEA region, supported by the Marketing and Internal Sales Support teams.

The position is predominately office-based but will require some international travel for conference and events, and occasional sales visits where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the company’s sales and high growth strategy of its key product(s).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from outbound lead generation to close.
  • Conduct online demonstrations to schools in the EMEA region, including some international travel to conferences and events, and potential for international sales visits where relevant.
  • Identify growth areas, as well as develop, implement and execute market-specific sales strategies.
  • Provide management with sales and market reports/analysis.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and keep our CRM up to date.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, as well as sharing best practice and process improvements.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events across the region.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years prior sales experience, preferably in EdTech and/or software sales.
  • Candidate who can work in central London. Exceptional remote candidates will also be considered.
  • Native-level English speaker.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • A ‘self-starter’ who his highly motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Confident and effective communicator, with a natural flair for building effective relationships.
  • Tech savvy, organised and highly efficient, with an eye for detail.
  • Passionate about technology, business and winning.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Ability to manage high-stress situations and troubleshoot challenging problems.
  • Ability to learn quickly & execute quickly.


  • £35k base, depending on experience, plus eligible for variable compensation plan with OTE of £10k – £15k.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Enterprise level network infrastructure or a service desk within the education sector coupled with experience with Virtualisation (VMWARE or Hyper-V preferred) and Cloud Services.
