Software Sales Executive EMEA – Central London – up to £40k + (£10k – £12k OTE)

The role

In this exciting role, you will have key responsibility for winning new clients alongside upselling to existing clients across specific schools in the EMEA region.

With additional support from Marketing and Internal Sales Support teams, you will be a self-starter, able to stay focused on your priorities while still working within a highly collaborative team, and who is willing to be creative and think outside of the box while still aligning your work with broader team and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with both new and existing customers, managing the end-to-end sales process to achieve the company’s high growth strategy and goals for new sales, cross-sell/upsell, and expansion of accounts.
  • Complete engagement outreach and pipeline follow up with thoughtful strategy, purposeful segmentation, and appropriate urgency.
  • Conduct online demonstrations to schools in the EMEA region, articulating the value propositions persuasively, and exhibiting empathy for customer jobs-to-be-done.
  • Maintain a healthy and consistent sales pipeline and keeping the CRM up to date.
  • Report sales activities, campaign metrics, and sales results.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure aligned messaging, as well as sharing best practice and process improvements.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events across the region.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years prior sales or account management experience, preferably in EdTech or SaaS. The company is willing to consider lesser sales or account management experience for strong candidates with a general background in EdTech.
  • Strong written and oral English & communication skills with careful attention to detail and a natural flair for building effective relationships.
  • Interest in EdTech and desire to make life better for students and schools.
  • Eagerness, competitive attitude, & ambition to achieve.
  • Demonstrated Competence / Self-learning

The company will offer full training during induction and further training will be given throughout your employment, in order to assist in progressing your career with the company.

This position is predominately office-based but will require some international travel for conferences and events, and occasional sales visits where relevant.

Our client, a specialist ICT managed service provider in the education sector, are currently looking for an experienced ICT Technician to join their existing team.
Reporting to the Head of Support, you will be tasked with maintaining the IT infrastructure within an Independent School in Surrey.
The role will be varied and your duties may include 1st/2nd line support escalating to a centralized helpdesk when required, managing  the network, VoIP, CCTV and WiFi systems, installation of new and extending data cabling infrastructures and installation / management of AV equipment.
NB: You don’t have to drive for this role but having a full UK driving license and daily access to a car or motorbike will be beneficial.
