Job Description

We are excited to assist a North London based education organization recruit to two brand new Student Relationship Officer posts as part of their growth.

These are both full time positions to start ASAP and the positions are key to the success of student experience, you will create and build relationships with prospective students, provide a clear and engaging admissions process and see students through their entire journey through to completion. You will act as a key contact to students in relation to their studies, monitoring their attendance and engagement and liaising with academic tutors where required.

Job Requirements

You will need to hold strong student support experience gained within higher or further education – working within a small team it is essential you are proactive, able to use your initiative and problem solve.

You will also be required to liaise with the School staff and ICT Service Desk to identify, prioritise and resolve all ICT support and service requests.
