Job Requirements

We are recruiting to a number of Support Analyst positions working within a Library Support Team – you will be required to support customers resolve issues on second line support.

You will develop and maintain professional relationship with customers providing clear and concise instructions to assess and solve cases, you will be required to investigate problems, provide solutions, involve external teams/suppliers to gain more information when required, prioritise cases accordingly working to SLA’s and progress cases through to resolution.

Other responsibilities include working with the Support, Consultancy and Development teams to upskill products and services and contribute to the wider team with input to the sales process where required.

The Package

This is a full time permanent position paying up to £25k dependent on experience.

You will hold existing experience of working with customers to help resolve issues in 2nd Line Support.
