    I am working for a local Academy trust who are looking for an experienced education data person, to assist in the development of MIS systems across the education trust. The position will be a temp to perm role (or just temp if that’s your preferred option) and will require some travel to other trust schools in the area on occasion

    Ideally you have experience of Bromcom or be able to pick this mis system up very quickly. Therefore you may have other systems knowledge like SIMS, Arbor, iSams etc would be considered. You will be bring data into the trusts systems, trains data users and slt, ultimately develop dashboard systems (BI or SQL would be an advantage but not essential) under the direction of the Director of Data

    Our client, a company providing ICT support services to primary schools within the areas of South East London, is currently looking for an experienced field-based ICT Technician to work across a number of schools within a MAT. Reporting to the Trust IT Director, you will be providing technical support to all staff and students in the day-to-day use of ICT systems, both on site and cloud based.

    The postholder will be responsible for monitoring the Trust support ticketing system, undertaking diagnostic procedures on any faulty ICT resources, carrying out proactive checks, disposing of any broken or obsolete ICT equipment, managing the Trust device management systems, installing software/apps as required, performing basic maintenance tasks as well as providing training and guidance to small groups of staff within the Trust.

    This role will require the candidate to hold a valid driving license with daily access to their own vehicle, along with a willingness to travel between school sites.

    Led by the Deputy IT Manager, your role will be to assist in the maintenance, support and development of the IT and AV facilities across the school. This will include the setup, maintenance and support of audio/visual equipment, interactive whiteboards, touchscreen TV’s, data projectors and sound systems.

    The postholder will be responsible for AV setups for a wide range of events including ceremonies, assemblies and visiting speakers, routine maintenance on equipment, hold responsibility for the AV store and provide support for the school’s Music Technology and Art computers with particular focus on the production of multimedia.

    ICT support requirements include responding to helpdesk requests, installing new applications, updating existing software, providing 1st and 2nd line desktop support, as well as assisting with training of staff in the use of new software applications and AV equipment.
