I am keen to speak with either experienced recruitment consultants (any sector) or customer facing sales professionals looking to get into recruitment.

We are well established and have a core of consultants with over 40 years experience. Supported by 3 sales support staff, we work closely and provide a very hands on recruitment service to the wider education sector.

You will be meeting and taking requirements from clients, registering and building relationships with a range of candidates in several verticals. You will be able to build niche sector knowledge as well as demonstrate recruitment best practice in a highly compliant sector. We provide temp, contract and permanent services and any experience in recruiting would be helpful but not absolutely necessary.

We offer a non KPI environment, hands on management support, 8.30 to 5.30pm, basic salary of £20-30K dependent on exp, realistic commission, bonus’ and over rides for excellent performance, pension, healthcare, home working potential, generous holidays, monthly and quarterly competitions.

Based in Woodford, Essex we have easy transport links from Central/East London or West Essex
