Charmingly small Independent Preparatory school with a family feel in the County of Hertfordshire, near Hemel Hempstead is looking for an experienced education sector Business Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone to step up into SLT and hone their management skills in leading teams in the areas of Human Resources, Estates, Catering, Housekeeping, Operations, Finance and Clerking.

A broad and important role, but in an established, stable and well financed prep school which includes boarders.



We are delighted to be working with this independent school in the heart of Surrey who are now looking to take on an extra resource within their growing IT division – This  role of Network Analyst we are looking  for candidates who have had a minimum of three years commercial experience working with networks, ideally you will have some Education sector experience – however we are also keen to hear from candidates who might not have the Education sector experience but are looking to enter a more rewarding sector that schools typically give you.

The school is set in extensive grounds – and you work within a relaxed calm that we feel you will not find anywhere else.

Field based and easily achievable targets in year 1 whilst the subscription service and the team gains momentum.
Enabling safe, available, convenient, certain, affordable, fully supported digital education platform for all students.
£35-40K base, £10K OTE uncapped comms.
Elements of new business, account management and consultancy.
