Multi Academy Trust office Requires a permanent HR Assistant urgently.

This position will suite someone who enjoys the recruitment of staff for a large organization (Around 400 staff).

You will have a crucial role in managing the recruitment lifecycle including advertising, bench marking and working with hiring managers.

As well as short listing, arranging interviews, preparation of panel application packs and basic administration work.

You will also be involved in a range of HR admin tasks including answering staff queries, Managing DBS checks and Single central register,
producing contractual documentation etc.

You must have HR administrator systems experience, Ideally using SIMS, PS People, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.

Candidates with CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.

2-3 months initially

We are looking for an IT field engineer to support primary schools in the East London area. This ongoing contract is paying between £20 per hour (ltd or umbrella), £15ph (PAYE) negotiable on experience.

Duties as ICT Technician will include user support, general maintenance, installing software, updating records, managing and maintaining school email accounts, installing/ reinstalling hardware and software and providing assistance with equipment. You need to be someone who enjoys and thrives with direct customer contact and be customer centric

Someone with windows 10 desktop, server admin, whiteboard/smartboard, VLE, SIMS, DNS, DHCP and outlook experience would be an excellent candidate, it is highly advantageous to have G suite (google apps for education)
