Our client, a growing Multi Academy Trust, is looking to recruit an experienced IT Operations Manager, working from home with regular travel to Trust sites. Working within a new role alongside other team managers, you will be responsible for project management of key central IT functions, IT Service Desk management, management of the IT Service for Head Office staff as well as Group Procurement of hardware/software and services.

The successful candidate will have strong project management, communication and service management skills, with a drive to deliver an excellent customer service to schools within the Trust and their end users. Some hands on support work will be required of the postholder during busy periods.

To be considered for this role candidates must hold a full, clean UK driving license as well as have access to their own vehicle.

A growing Multi Academy Trust is looking to recruit an experienced Senior ICT Technician to join their existing central team based in Northampton (with occasional travel to other sites as required especially to deliver projects).

The role would suit someone who is very eager to learn and has the motivation to progress within a centralised MAT IT team. Reporting to the IT Systems Manager and working with the Cloud services manager, you will be primarily working with remote working Head office staff and their systems, as well as providing support to staff across all 17 academies.

It will require someone with excellent IT Support and customer service skills including providing 1st and 2nd line IT Support, creating and updating documentation on existing systems, maintaining peripheral equipment, supporting the ICT Systems Manager in a wide range of duties including the management of SCCM.

We are currently looking for the right person with SIMS experience to join the existing customer success team at Educational Software Solutions. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be a part of a small team responsible for the management of customer relationships, focussed specifically on Independent Schools in the UK and International Schools around the world.

The successful candidate will be working with their own portfolio of customer accounts ensuring all schools receive best value from their investment in SIMS whilst aiming to improve customer outcomes, managing the post-sale customer relationship as well as acting as a trusted advisor to promote retention and brand loyalty.

This position will be home based with an element of travel throughout the UK when it is safe to do so. Applicants will require a full, clean driving license to apply
