The post is titled senior school secretary but combines responsibilities which include Headteacher’s PA (personal assistant), office management, HR and recruitment, managing reception, assisting teachers and support staff alike, keyholder, gate duty, attending events, first aider, admissions, helping visitors, SCR and various contact with parent via email, written and face to face.
