Working primarily from home with frequent visits to offices in Leicester, you will have a good mix of client interaction, problem solving and expectation setting, managing client relationships and working with various teams across the business.

You will have experience of onboarding new software clients and ideally knowledge of the education / edtech / data world. You may already work in a school or academy trust, or have a project management background and a serious interest in improving educational outcomes through developing secure and efficient data systems. Knowing how schools use data is very important

Established all through independent school in the Hampstead area of North London requires a reflective and education experienced helpdesk manager / network manager to:

Be responsible for the running of day to day IT services including the IT/AV helpdesk
Develop various educational focussed software applications including MDM (ideally jamf for ipads)
Manage a small 3 person technician team
Contribute to the ICT strategy and assists with various project works etc

You will have significant experience in IT support, ideally within the education sector, be personable with strong communication skills and thrive in a user facing IT management position.
