Data and Assessment Administrator

Looking for people who love all things Excel ! Are you a data whizz who loves a good spreadsheet? We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data and Assessment Administrator to join our client on a permanent part-time basis. If you’re passionate about using data to improve student outcomes and are skilled with Excel, and being part time will suit your work/life balance, then we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain the school’s data systems (SIMS, 4Matrix).
  • Analyse and report on student assessment data to help leaders and teachers make informed decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
  • Prepare and distribute student reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist with setting student targets and monitoring progress.

The Important bit :

Part-time: 20 hours per week, term time + 7 days.
