Data Administrator

ESP are recruiting a Data Administrator to join the central Data & Technology team of a growing Multi Academy Trust supporting children and young people with SEND.

Working closely with the Data Manager, Headteachers and Senior Leaders, you’ll help develop and deliver data services across the Trust, with responsibility for administering and maintaining key systems covering statutory returns, assessment, examinations, timetabling and wider MIS processes.

It’s a particularly exciting time to join the team. The Trust is fully cloud-based and working with Arbor MIS, Google Cloud, BigQuery and AI technologies, giving you the opportunity to work with modern EdTech while getting involved in projects as both the Trust and Data & Technology team continue to grow. The role also offers excellent progression and funded professional development.

Following induction, the typical working pattern will be 2 days in the central London office, 1 day at a school and 2 days from home, with more home working generally available during school holidays. Travel to schools is required, with mileage paid, so being able to drive would be beneficial.

Salary: £38,000–£39,000
Hours: 8am–4pm
Location: Hybrid – Central London / Trust school sites / home
Development: Excellent progression with funded CPD

We’re particularly interested in hearing from candidates with education data/MIS experience and knowledge of Arbor and/or SIMS who would like to broaden their experience across cloud technology, data analytics and AI.
